At Wild Threads, every piece is handmade with care, here's what to expect when it comes to shipping.

Ready-made items

All ready-made pieces are lovingly handmade and are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way. We use multiple couriers and will provide tracking wherever available.

Custom orders

As custom pieces are made to order, these pieces may take longer due to their personalised nature. Please allow 1-3 weeks for design and production before dispatch. Time frames can vary depending on the complexity of the piece and the current order volume. If you need your order by a specific date please get in touch before placing your order.

Delivery & delays

We ship across the UK. If you're outside the UK please contact us directly before ordering. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your on and order weight. Wild Threads is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, but we'll always do our best to help track your parcel

We want you to love your new Wild Threads purchase, but we understand things happen. Here's how we handle returns and refunds

Ready made items

You may return unused items in original condition with original packaging within 14 days of a delivery for a refund, return postage is the customers responsibility unless the item is faulty. To start a return please contact us via the contact page with your order number.

Custom orders

Custom pieces are made just for you and are therefore non refundable unless they arrive damaged. Please get in touch within 48 hrs if there is a problem and include evidence of any issues.

Workshops

Cancellations by you.

If you can no longer attend a booked workshop you must notify us at least 2 weeks before the event to be eligible for a refund or transfer. Cancellations after this time may only be transferred as materials and preparations will already be in place.

Cancellations by Wild Threads

Each workshop requires a minimum number of attendees to run. If this number is not met, we may need to cancel or reschedule the session. In the event of a cancellation you will be offered: a full refund or a free transfer to a future workshop date. We will notify you at least 48 hrs in advance if a session is cancelled

Children and supervision

Children are welcome to attend selected workshops. However children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Adults are not required to purchase a ticket unless they wish to take part in the workshop themselves. If you're unsure whether a workshop is suitable for your child please contact us before booking.

Workshop behaviour and safety

We aim to create a safe welcoming and relaxing environment. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the session without a refund. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific requirements so we can accomodate you where possible, although it is not always possible to provide wheelchair accessibility in certain venues.

All custom orders are made to order with each piece carefully designed based on your preferences. Before placing a custom order we'll discuss: size and colour options, purpose and placement, timeframes and price (quoted based on materials and design complexity.

Once a design has been agreed upon and confirmed, no further changes can be made. Payment is required in full before the work begins. If you need to cancel a custom order you must contact us no more than 24 hours after your purchase. After this window work may have already been started and refunds will no longer be available. Custom orders are final sale unless faulty.

All items are handmade, so slight variations may occur - this is part of the charm of artisan work. You may not copy, resell or redistribute our designs, photos or workshop content without prior written permission. We reserve the right to cancel orders or workshops in unforeseen circumstances for example illness/emergencies and will offer refunds or rescheduling in such cases. Workshop attendees under 12 must be accompanied by an supervising adult. You are responsible as the buyer for providing the correct delivery information at checkout. We cannot offer replacements for orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Wild Threads accepts no responsibility for damage or injury caused as a result of the misuse of our products.

We respect your privacy and are comitted to protecting your personal information. When you place an order, book a workshop or sign up for updates, we collect your name, email, postal address and payment details purely for processing your order, fulfilling your request and to communicate with you.

We will never sell your information or share your data with third parties, except where required to complete your order with postal services or payment providers. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's payment systems.
